Try pressing fn (beside ctrl and windows key) and F11 together. A little box should pop up in the bottom right hand corner of the screen saying Webcam On, or something like that. Hope this helped :)
I got the roma 2001 too. i looked and it doesnt seem you can access it through a shortcut or anything. BUT it can be done if you download the VLC player (which is plays loads of different format vids and doesnt take long to download) and then once its installed you can then 'open capture device' and bingo !!!! hope this helped!!!!

Make sure you get the correct driver then try the function key (blue)and the webcam is close to the number 12
