The seat is folded down but has not gone completely down and the release strap does not move in or out at all and I cant make it come up again or go down properly. There is about an inch gap under the seat I can look through and there is nothing obvious wrong I think last time it was put down it was not put all the way down and now some how the catch has jammed.
