How do I unscrew the pilot light and the coupler to check for blockage? I can barely get my hands in the panel, and there is no room to wrench it off!? My problem is that the pilot goes out after I hold it on for the 1 minute.. so the coupler isn't in the flame or blocked (per another FixYa post).. but I can't see how to implement the fix because of the problem with space, mentioned above... Thanks

Welcome to my world. Look for a screw holding the pilot assembly to the burner. You may need a long screw driver or extension socket. Disconnect the pilot tube and thermocouple from the gas valve using a 3/8" and 7/16" wrench. Pull out the entire assembly and work on it. Be careful, there is a small orifice that is easily lost once you unscrew the pilot tube from the pilot assembly.
Its a free standing heater...disconnect it from the gas supply etc.. and turn it any way u need to to access. yes def the thermocouple. very typical. good luck
