First of all you need the driver which I have found for you here.
Then find the USB cable that came with your camera and connect it to both your camera and pc. After doing so, turn the power of the camera on. Go to "MY COMPUTER" on your desktop and you will see a new addition to the usual "C:/" and "D:/" devices (might be called an external device). Double click to open and you will be able to access all of your pictures.
To make things a bit easier, Windows will usually recognize when you connect a camera (after downloading the driver) and will walk you through the uploading process. The above is a "just in case".
