The answer depends more on our knowing what the CD player is than what the receivers are.
Does it have both digital and analog outputs? That would be one way? Coaxial digital outputs can sometimes be shared with two end units by placing an RCA splitter on the cable.
A single analog output can also be split with RCA splitters.
Couldn't you just slave the second receiver to the first one (via Tape 2 Rec/Out to the other one's Aux In or Tape PB/In) so ANYTHING the first receiver processes could be accessed by the second one?
