How do you activate personal greeting? I can change, edit, delete, but cannot activate. Yesterday, I was able to stumble around & finally recorded a second greeting because our office was closed due to emergency. Today I cannot restore the original #1 greeting. thank you. I looked at the web site, but didn't find help i need. I have Starplus digital executive key phone

There's no such things as Greeting 1 and Greeting 2. There's a Greeting and extended absence greeting which you can activate/deactivate.
