Look at the back of the radiator support where the lights fit in you will see black nylon igloo looking parts held in by clips and the adjuster screws are coming through and need small sockets ?4mm to turn them spray with liquid wrench first so they can soak other wise they will break off the headlight it's better to remove the whole light first to get everything loose and derusted and lubed up with antiseize then install and adjust them these break very easily so headlight removal first is best
