Your VuPoint Magic Wand scanner should have come with a USB cable. Use the cable to connect the scanner to your PC, and the memory card in the scanner appears as a removable drive in Windows Explorer. Deleting files from the card is just like deleting files in any Windows folder -- just highlight them and press the Delete key.
mikeg3a is still correct, if you delete the files by selecting and deleting from your removable disk folder on the computer (meaning your wand and therefore SD card is connected via USB cable), then the files on the SD card IN YOUR WAND will be deleted. Files showing up in your removable disk file are not actually saved yet on your computer, they're the files currently on your SD card IN your wand.mikeg3a is still correct, if you delete the files by selecting and deleting from your removable disk folder on the computer (meaning your wand and therefore SD card is connected via USB cable), then the files on the SD card IN YOUR WAND will be deleted. I delete pictures and copies from Vupoint Magic Wand by reformatting the sd chip. You can do this by inserting a thin wire like a paper clip in the small hole next to the word Format on the side.
