I have a motorolla dct3416 I dual tuner/dvr box. I received from a friend and wanted to set it up with my dish network cable. However in going into the DVR authorization mode (unplug power cord, pressing power and menu buttons while re plugging the power cord then using the the arrow keys to activate the n dl mode). However the unit seems to be stuck in this mode, and cannot access the firmware from my dish network provider. can anyone help me to exit this mode of the dvr?
