How do you feed TV thru an Optoma DLP projector?
I use an RF converter to hook up several devices thru to my Optoma DLP projector. The RF selector has a coax able feed in (ie. Antenna IN). It also has a coax 'To TV' terminal. I have an sVideo cable hooked up to the projector and three devices that feed it - PS3, Wii, and a DVD player. I can't get the TV feed working and I've been to the Source and Best Buy for advise.

Televisions generally do not output to anything.
The inputs are only for inputting from other sources such as computers, DVD players, VCRs, cameras etc. as long as you have the correct cables. An Optoma will generally speaking never accept a television signal I have two and the only input is a VGA IN so you COULD hook up a computer with a wireless or ethernet to The VGA INPUT and watching the computer on the screeen get access through comcast exfinity, neflic hulu or youtube channel and with a little monekying around view it using the projector.
Rmember the bulbs have a half life so if it says the bulb will last a 1000 hours , the half life means it will be half as bright at 500 hours, They are extremely exspensive so get a TV.
300 plus dollars for most projector bulbs
You need a tuner to tune in the tv channels. use a vcr that way you can change your channels
