, then back on. This is only a temporary solution. I've stuck my hand in the try opening and toggled the flap tried reaching w/ fingers up where the puck drops out, got a few grinds out, but no fix. I'm about ready to disassemble the unit to get a better view of the mechanics of where all the grinding/straining noise is coming from and so far have not read any true solution online.
