How do you get the headlights out on a 2008 Nitro. I need to replace both bulbs. Do you twist them out ? It feels like there is a spring wire or something holding the bulbs in. How about speed is there a way to get more speed from the factory motor? It feels like there is more motor but it can't go over 32 mph. Is there a governor or is it factory set in the CDI
