Usually on newer westinghouse tv's the only audio output on the tv is the headphone jack so you will need to buy a 3.5 mm stereo to rca converter and use that instead of the rca cables provided with the sound bar.
Do you have any audio out on this TV? if you do, hook it up with the audio in of the Sound Bar.
