How do you make a background picture show up on a Cisco 504G phone. The online Config Utility asks for a Bitmap URL and I found one online that I liked, the only thing on the page is the picture, but it does not show up on the phone no matter what I do. I am using a Hosted PBX (SIP) vendor

You need to make the bmp file the correct format
128 x 48 pixels 1-bit deep
Simply upload this to a webserver and point the backupground url at the address.
