Follow the audio wire. to the variable resistor on that line. for your modulation. for TX go backwards from the rf transistors to see if there is one for rf power actually would be a voltage increase/decrease to the bias. and collectors. thats how to trace any radio for the tune up adjustments. the others would be for ssb or rx tx meter and squelch etc... just follow them thru the circuit ... all this can be done by a radio shop for less than $10 remember not to let or yourself cut out any of the circuit that will cause overmodulation. and its just wasted. looks good on a wattmeter but not on a oscilloscope .. and other on adjacent channels.. lol..
