Removing the top bolt out from the alternator must be done from the engine compartment side.Same way removing lower alternator mounting bolt, do this from underneath the car.
Remove the top portion of this mount. Loosen the rear engine mount at the firewall. This mount is slotted and will permit you to pull the engine forward toward the right front corner of the engine compartment. This will give access to the alternator. Remove the two bolts that attach the serpentine belt tensioner and remove the tensioner. Remove the top alternator mounting bolt. Do this from the engine compartment side. Remove the lower alternator mounting bolt. Do this from underneath the car. Turn the rear of the alternator up to access and remove the electrical leads. Remove the alternator from the engine compartment. Install the new alternator in the REVERSE ORDER. -------------- To remove the pcv hoses please click on the link below http://www.twinsaabs.com/9-5_repair/PCV/step1.asp?nsteps=2 Thanks. keep updated for any more query.you can rate this solution and show your appreciation.
