Items you need: a small star bit screw driver, and a flat head screw driver.
Start by taking the back off and the battery out. you will then see 4 screws on the side of the phone. after taking those screws out you will need to take the two hidden screws out. one is underneath your stiles so take that out and you will see it. the next one is underneath a plug just below your antenna (its not the big plug, the smaller of the two) then you will need to take your flat head screw driver and pry around the phone. once you get the housing off of the phoen you should see your board and your LCD (screen) you should be able just to grab the left side of the screen and lightly pull up and to the right. you will see the ribbon go into the screen. remove the tape that is on that. lift the black teeth holding down the ribbon and pull off the screen. To install a new one follow the same steps, just in reverse. you do not need to put tape back on, unless you feel is necesary.
