How do you rest a delonghi bean to cup machine? IVe got into test mode, tried all tests and it works fine, its just stuck on GENERAL ALARM - i need to hard reset it somehow?
The diffuser wasnt sat right, it hit the roof of the machine, got stuck. I wound it back down and used the test function by pressing the 1cup and Water buttons. I can test everythin all OK. How do I reset it - the repair shop just replaced the controller board last time which seems a bit drastic for human error. nothing is broken, the diffuser comes out and in ok and its spotless clean. :(
