I had this 3d camera for christmas & Im a bit baffled....Im impressed with the camera but I think theres a catch? Is the 3d feature just befeficial via the camera itself or can you save the 3d images & movies & transfer to an external media storage device & then view in real 3d on a 3d tv?? Because I dont think so, according to the instructions you need an additional hdmi cable to view the 3d images on a 3d tv & this can only be done via the camera. But how many people are gonna keep buying sd cards in order to view the 3d images & movies on a 3d tv permanantly? People are going to want to save the 3d images & movies to an external media storage device & then view them when ever they like on a 3d tv.....But how can this be possible as you can only view real 3d via hdmi?? Ive tried this on my 3d tv & it only lets me view them in 2d but can convert them to 3d via the tv's built in 2d to 3d conversion, but I could do this with my normal digi camera, so why would anyone want to convert taken 3d images being shown in 2d into 3d - besides the fact that it looks rubbish, the whole reason for buying a 3d camera is to take, keep & view images & movies in real 3d. Can anyone give me any help on this as its driving me insane as I dont understand it at all. I have thought of other options like trying to save the 3d images & movies to a disc, but again in order to view them in real 3d it would have to be blu-ray in order for the hdmi to work, which is impossible to save to.........Hope someone can help me with this.
