How do you set the timing on a 95 eagle talon
I changed the water pump on the car and had to remove the timing belt, when I reinstalled everything and tried to start it it would run for 4-5 seconds and die. I didn't think I moved the pullys to change the timing but its what it sounds like. I also noticed that there was no oil pressure for the few seconds it ran. So how do I reset the timing? Or is there something else I'm missing?

You are correct, the timing belts are set incorrectly. Google the correct installation steps and follow the procedure exactly. The usual issues are that the oil pump and cams are out of phase. The cam sprockets can and do move a tooth or two when loose. The top balance shaft gets out of phase as well (see the small belt).
