How do you test the circuit board on a 700 to see why its not getting power to the motor? I checked the motor and it is fine. The solonoid valve is coming on and water is leaking out the bottom I'm asuming because the fan is not coming on to blow it towards the heater

The only thing you can test is voltage out to motor and bypass humidistat by tying 2 yellow wires together that come out of unit
