I have just replaced the battery on a similar phone today (not a BT one, but a "Payphone Link 20", its belgian counterpart).
It was a bit tricky as the battery is soldered on both sides of the circuit board, but the battery was replaced in a matter of minutes and the phone works fine now.
I wouldn't recommend this to the novice however. You need good soldering skills + equipment, and basic knowledge of how to handle a circuit board without damaging it (i.e. short circuit or electro-static discharge).
If you're not sure, I would advise you to get it done by someone familiar with electronics repair. Otherwise there are several companies that could fix it for you : you send them the front of the phone by mail, they replace the battery, clean and check the phone, and send it back to you.
