How is this right? We ship an item sold on eBay on time,but the Postal service fells to deliver
But we are the ones that have to give the buyer the money back. We are told is is our responsibility to make sure the package gets delivered. I don`t know about you but I do not have a delivery service. What can we do after we leave the package at the post office or with Fed-Ex or UPS?:robotmad: We are told you should insure your packages. Yea,right! We may loss your package,it may get stolen, or it may get damaged SO GIVE US SOME MORE MONEY. And we are the ones that have to accept negative feedback. And accept low Detail seller ratings from top to bottom of the list.

This is exactly why i wont deal with Ebay. I sell online, but I sell websites and thankfully do not have to ship anything. Unfortunately, I cannot help you with this issue. But I can advise to stay away from Ebay. You arent the first this has happened to and you definitely won't be the last. And again, unfortunately, there is a LOT of shady people out there. Even IF you did get it to them on time. They can be un-satisified for almost ANY reason and you would lose the money regardless of what you say. Best I can say, is avoid them if you can.
