Did you let it fully charge before you started using it? Most companies will tell you with any electrical things you need to fully charge before using. To fully charge it can take any where from 4 to 24 hours. So place it on the charger for a full 24 hours then see how it works. Then if it still doesn't work it may be defected. ~~~Good Luck~~~
