How long does it take to receive a Procom heater part. Called customer service over a week ago & still don't have it. The heater is under warranty for one more day
On Sept 23, 2014 we purchased a Procom dual heater with logs. Model #QD250T, Serial #12024876. The part ordered was the regulator,RV83FI-4/9. Need, i think & so did the gas service man,an Inlet Tube.QD250T003. We had a gas leak. He was not sure if it was the regulator or the inlet tube. The lady would not let me get the inlet tube. It is under warranty.

That answer is correct and you need to keep on the supplier
having said that if you read your warranty it states quite clearly that if any one other than an authorized service agent works on the unit the warranty is void
on the other hand if the service person is an authorized person to work on the unit then it remains under warranty until it is repaired correctly
