I don't have a factory service manual, but I'd guess there are one or two more - a recirculation actuator, and possibly a defrost door actuator. If you have dual range temperature controls (driver and passenger separate), you have two blend doors.
I doubt that the actuators have individual fuses. They receive their power through the HVAC controller, and that unit would be fused. If any of the actuators are working (blend, mode, recirc, etc), your fuse is good.
