How much gearbox fluid do i put in 1997 Mitsubishi Legnum vr4 gear box and in my transfer box?

I am replacing my gear box and am unsure how much fluid to put in my gear box and in my transfer box

Manual remove filler plugs from the side of gear box and transfer case pump oil in until the oil runs out that's the correct level.
