The speed sensor is part of the transmission control unit which is attached to the top of the valve body. It is not available separately. Replacement of the control unit is very time consuming and requires the MB factory computer with satellite up-link to program. Additionally the part has been deemed a security sensitive part by MB and one much jump through some identification hoops just to buy it. Take your car to a reputable MB repair shop and let them fix it.
I wouldnt think it would be more than half hour labour ,say 1 hr minimum labour charge its only bolted onto the output shaft passenger side front wheel drive on the tail end of the gearbox rear wheel drive ,not a difficult job to do
