Hi! Not sure if this will help, but as a starting point you can find free manuals for 19th century/early 20th century White brand sewing machines via the Singer website.
Look under Singer's "Support and Resouces" then select "Instruction manuals" , or follow this link: http://www.singerco.com/support/instruction-manuals
On the Instructions Manual page you'll see it says "Find Your Manual - Step 1, Step 2 etc etc" and under that there's a search box that says "Model Number"
Into this search box just type "w" (don't type "white", because that doesn't work)
You'll be taken to a near incomprehensible results page and unfortunately the method to finding the manual you need is a case of clicking and opening the PDF manuals.
However may I suggest a couple that may be of use: "W7treadle" "WRotary" - both of these manuals cover White treadles, and while they don't focus on the table as such, they do indicate parts and that may be the info you need.
If not, I own a White treadle sewing machine and table from 1906, and I am happy to take photos of the parts if that's helpful. You can see a few photos of it on my blog, link included below.
Good luck, and I hope you find what you need :) Kind regards Kura
