Right click - select properties - select desktop - pick any pisture in the box or path to your My Pictures folder and select your picture from your pic folder.
Is this computer operating using Microsoft Windows Operating System 98, 98 se, Millennium, XP, Vista or 7? Each of these operating systems has offered a way to change the picture displayed on the desk top ... most activated exactly as outlined by both myself and philhemmi942 above. If you have a different response to the right click on a blank area of your desktop and you are using any of the main line, popular Microsoft Operating Systems, there is likely a problem in your registry. I suggest you take your computer to a computer repair place and have the problem diagnosed. I do not recommend you perform any activity which would involve editing or changing the windows registry in any manner or fashion. Is this computer operating using Microsoft Windows Operating System 98, 98 se, Millennium, XP, Vista or 7?
