Remove the panel between your legs , with a screwdriver, Use the adapter found under the seat, you can locate the spark plug there, not to easy to see try with a torch first to locate it
You need to pull the rubber foot matt up and your battery compartment should be under there take take the panel off that would be behind your legs if you were sitting on it.you should be able to access it through there and it should be a 5/8th spark plug socket.

I have a akymco Grand Vista Scooter. Where is the spark Plug? the book sucks.
