How to change stitches
I have a Necchi 535FA and no manual. I need to know how to use stitch number 6 at the moment. Right now it is straight and tight but neat. It was my Grandmothers and this is the first time I have tried to use it. I found how to thread it online and so that part is done correctly. I just seem to have a problem getting the right combo for the stitches.

You really need the instruction manual. You can order one at several places. I ordered mine through the Allyn Co., who is the present day Necchi distributer now in the U.S.A. You can order by calling them at 1-800-525-9987. They cost $10. & a moderate shipping & handling chargr. Their manuals are pretty informative on the machines, at least mine is.I bought two Necchi's used. One is a 537l & the other is a 525FA. It tells you how to clean & oil it & how often to do it & mine shows you how to set machine for the various results, & tells your stretch from the other stiches, etc.
