How to check for 14-20V on terminal 4 of IP02?
Hi, tv turns on when I click on pwr button, red LED on button stays on & pwr relay clicks on, but no raster & no sound. 4 green LEDs/1 red LED stay on on Pwr Board, no blinking. Green LED D928 belonging to B+ circuit doesn't light up. Service manual says to check for 14-20V on terminal 4 of IP02, but no luck finding IP02 on diagrams or the PWR Brd. IP02 location? How to properly check for that voltage?

Fault at its main digital board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts.

In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.
Hi Knight, there are 0 posts on that site about my tv set. By the way, sorry, 3 green leds on the supply board stay on, the 4th green one by the rear of the board (B+ circuit) is always off. I have a DVM and am an automotive mechanic, just don't have experience with appliances. But if you'd be so kind as to guide me thourgh the steps, I can perform any diagnostic tests you might require. I understand it's an old tv, but I really don't have the means to pay $300+ for repairs or a new set right now, so I would like to try and fix this one at home to save some $$$.
