How to clean??
I have a Bunn "Single" industrial coffee maker. The Product # is 23050.0007. (It is not a single serve maker, just called SIngle for some reason.)
I would love to be able to clean out the insides mechanism that is connected to a water line to make the coffee but don't know how. We also have coffee burnt to the bottom of the metal container and would love to get it all off.
Any help would be much appreciated.

You'll need a phillips screwdriver and a small crescent wrench. start by unplugging the unit. unscrew the sprayhead. remove the small hexnut from the sprayhead tube. remove the two screws from the top cover and lift up the cover. if there is a warmer element on it, remove and mark the two wires to the element. use the back end of the crescent wrench and unscrew the brass nut in the reservoir. save the fiber gasket from under the tray. the pot holds two complete potfuls of water so be careful. mark all the wires and where they go and remove them one at a time from the top of the canister. remove all the screws or nuts that hold the top to the canister and remove the top. the thermostat bulb goes into one of the plastic bushings along with rubber packing washers in the top. unscrew the plastic bushing, the packings and the thermostat bulb. pour out all the water from the canister. there's a dip tube that goes to the bottom and is fastened to the water inlet pipe on the top part. this may have some scale build up on it. scrape off this deposit. in the bottom of the canister you will find a mineral scale which must be removed. a small sharp chisel without the use of a hammer can be used to remove this scale. while you have the machine apart, use the long steel spring to clean out the water tube that goes to the sprayhead.
