How to clear "lid" code on GE top loader washer? I have lifted and lowered lid 6 times, unplugged and waited, entered service mode and there is no code
GE top loading washer and I've had this problem before, back when I first bought it used. I was able to fix the problem, using field service guide, but forgot what I did. This happens when I unplug washer for extended time-I went on vacation or when I bought it. It was working perfectly when I left.
