How to convert a Quark 5.0 (PC) file to a PDF?

I'm trying to convert a Quark Xpress document (I have a PC) to a PDF, but Quark does not seem to allow me to save a document that way. Adobe will not recognize any of the Quark documents as well. What is the best way to do this? It should be simple, right?
