How to disassemble 900w
How do you disassemble the Proview 900W monitor ?? I removed the base stand and took out the four screws along the bottom. The bottom has a lot of play in it but the sides don't wanna budge. Are there some hidden screws or is it a snap-lock type setup ?? This has the same blank screen symptoms as the pl916s so I'd really like to get a look at those caps.

The proview trims have to be slid upwards to remove them once the 4 screws are out of the bottom.
You'll need to lift the top part slighty away from the lcd to allow the sides to slide up.
If you don't slide it , then yes, you'll break tabs.

I had a bear of a time with a benq monitor. Remove whatever screws you can see on the base where it attaches to the monitor. You need to lift up the metal bracket past the lip of where it slides into as you are moving it away from the monitor.
