No its the valve cover gasket. i just did this yesterday. you have to take off the the big thing on top of the valve cover, i think it is the air something other. anyways names arn't important. you need to remove i believe 9 bolts from the out side of the cover, which you can see. remove cover to the spark plugs remove those 8 bolts and pull hard, just take off the old gasket and fit the new one. very simple. i know pretty much nothing about cars but did it just fine no problems. except, you should expect oil to leakk into the spark plug housing but its fine if you clean up the majority. hope this helps.
