Hy! recently my saeco primea duo got this problems . first it had a problem with beans in the hopper A , it said empty allthou it had beans in there . I entered in the service mode to chek if the grinder works and it did. I ran the grinder untill it was free of beans and when it ran freely an error show on the screen in service mode in the litle box for grinder A blocked. so i didnt wait for long and opened the machine , cleaned the grinder and changed the hall sensor just to be sure that it was not a sensor problem but the error is still there. i had then changed the grinder colpletly with other one that i had on other primea and i was sure it was ok but the error still there. now when i start the machine after a few seconds it goes streight to error 1 call assistance on display and its not reacting to non of the Z nor X codes for entering service mode.i know that the older models from saeco had an lets say an protection in case that the grinder motor is busted an chip or fuse a litle white box from the motherboard broke aswell. is that my case too ? must i change that piece too ? can annyone tell me please what to do next?!!
