How to get a channel back on dish network
I ran a QAM SCan after a day of no signal on food network, and after I did the scan, the Food network channel wont come on at all. I get an error 013 saying its a subscription channel and I need to purchase. But I have it on my subscription package, and i've never had this problem before. I can't reach customer service with MDU/Dish. I was on hold for 45 minutes

Try the Spanish line, press 8 when you hear the voice prompt. Then press #0#0#0 wait about 2-3 minutes. They also speak English and can help you.
