Edgestar DEP700EW dehumidifier is filling the bucket even though the direct drain option is attached. It was working fine for about 2 weeks, but now the bucket fills up every day, and I have to empty it manually. How do I get the direct drain option to work again? I have the hose connected to the connector very tight but water still ends up in the water bucket.
