Now if youhave access to the router then I would suggest pressing in and holding the little black reset button. This will unlock the router and give you access to it straight away. Unless it is verified that this is your router, I wont be able to offer you too much advice because potentially the information could fall into the hands of anyone wishing to misuse computer systems for whatever gains they wish to make.
My advice, press the reset button, and then go into your start menu and hit the run option. type in command or coommand.com; you can also hit CMD. Once you have done this you will get a black box appear on your system screen with a flashing white underscore. Type in IPCONFIG followed by the enter key. This will give you the IP address of you and the router. Enterthe gateway address into your browsers address bar and you should be able to login to your router.
Then you can do whatever it is you wish to
