Ok, I just reset my address so all you need to do is, when you are at your new home address tap on options, then tap GPS status, you will now see a button that says Save Position, now name it and tap on the Yes in the Home Address. Thats all you are finished!

If it is TomTom then
Tap "change Home location" button to set or change your Home location.
