You need to run openoffice first - don't have to install it as there is a portable windows version available:

Open link in new tab
Open link in new window
Open link in new incognito window
Download file
Copy link address
Edit PDF File on PDFescape.com
http://portableapps.com/apps/office/openoffice_portable then open your document in openoffice writer. after it opened, use menu file->save as pick filetype "microsoft word' - a msword version most recent to your windows office version - and save file then open it in ms word
