Drain pump located underneath. Disconnect from power. Bucket out as much water as you can, then lean machine over backwards so you can see underneath. The drain pump is located front right of machine- you will see a fan blade, this is the drain pump. The fan blade should spin freely if you turn it- if not, you have a blockage in pump. To remove pump: disconnect wiring plug connection + earth wire. At the top of pump there is a white plastic tag- lift up and turn pump anti-clockwise to remove. Note- water will come out when you remove pump, so put down some towels!!. Now, with pump removed, feel up in hole where pump came from for blockage and remove obstruction. Reverse procedure for reassembly, and test. If still not draining, blockage may be further up system, requiring removal of inner bowl to clear (not recommended for DIYer- call in the experts!!). Good luck!!
