We have tried two phone tech to help us open these units to hair blow dryer them clean. We know about the tamper resistant tab that we are supposed to pinch, then twist counter clock wise. This is impossible as pinching the tab down only goes so far in and then twisting at the same time is too difficult, My hubby with the strong grip cannot do it either. Is there an online video showing what the trick is??? we do not want to break the unit.have your techs tried to do this??????
