How to print black and white only on Konica-Minolta 2400W
I have Konica-Minolta 2400W color printer which run out of all colors.
I replaced black and white cartrige only (too expensive to replace all 4) and changed on Printer Properties panel under Quality Color Setting to B/W.
While it prints in Black & White, the printing is very faint.
It seems it expects other colors to be there and draws out only a portion which would be used if other cartriges were full.
The black cartridge is definitely full (the driver displays the picture of it full and and bitterly complains about other 3 being empty.).
I ried moving "Contrast" and "brightness" slider to 0 and to 100 in any combination - it made absolutely no difference.
Is there are way to force the printer to utilize only the black cartrige to its full extent?
Your help would be grately appreciated.
best regards
Alan
