How to program the use of the "Message" button on a Mitel Superset 4025? Customer indicated that she has used this button in the past to access our VM system by pressing the "message" button, whenever she had a VM message sitting on queue. Now she gets messages, but the button indicates that there is "No messages." However, when you dial the extension to access the system it indicates there are messages on queue
