How to remove bottom plate
The vacuum has some type of allen wrench looking screws, but non of my wrenches fit. Is there some special tool I need to get in to replace my belt?

You will need either a t15 or a t20 torx bit. you should find these at any hardware store.
The Healthy Home vacuum has 6 t20 screws on the bottom plate, careful though as two of them are set fairly deep near the wheels and will require at least a 4 inch long t20 to reach the screws.
