The power connector jack in the case for this notebook is broken. Specifically, the slightest touch or push will cause the laptop to stop charging, and the power jack has to be wiggled to get it to charge again. The issue isn't the power cord, because that has been replaced with a new one. Asus USA apparently only has three authorized service centers in the entire country, so taking it to get fixed by them is not an option. How do I get this repaired, and how much would it probably cost?
